Regatta

Attended a local boat race to cheer on Isa, the fisherman who took us out a few weeks ago (Exploring by boat). It was a lot of fun to see all of the contestants get hyped up before the race.

Isa was not on the boat for the race. He told us that it is time to pass things on to the next generation so he provided advice and instructions to the crew. He had been up the entire night before varnishing and painting his boat.

Wind was not very strong so the race took a lot longer than expect. Unfortunately I was not able to stay until the end. I have not heard the results, so I am guessing that his boat did not win.
