Doesn't look like power is going to return to the island until at least February 20th. People are adapting and are finding a routine to gather water. This is one of the sites where people bring jerry cans and buckets to fill with water. There were many women waiting with their buckets but when I asked to take a photo they did not want their picture taken so you just get to see part of the line of containers. The fuel situation is also much better now.
