Strenuous day today. I went on a bicycle journey with three teammates to visit a village that has a compostable latrine. Once it was explained to the team there was some skepticism that it would even compost. Sorry no pictures of the composting latrine. You would think that for a 23 mile journey I would have at least taken a photo of it.

It was fun to ride through the villages and across the rickety bridges, especially on the way home. On the way there we were on a dirt road that is also used by cars so we were blasted by a large cloud of Mozambican dust every time a car went by. I am exhausted. I jumped head first into language learning therefore I may as well jump head first into mountain biking. I don’t think my body has the same outlook. Slowly slowly (panandi panandi).
Here are a couple of pictures from earlier in the morning of some neighbor ladies.
